The tourist tax (local, seasonal rate) is billed separately upon arrival. The Sonnenchalet and Sonnenhaus offer Wi-Fi access. Please refer to the current price information for details. The holiday homes are available from 3:00 PM on your first day of stay. We ask that you vacate the house by 10:30 AM on your last day.

The Sonnenchalet and Sonnenhaus holiday homes are located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Ludwigshafen. Both houses are situated on a hill and offer views of the surrounding forests and orchards, as well as Lake Constance.
The town center, train station, hiking and cycling trails, beach and lake promenade are just a few minutes' walk from the Sonnenchalet and Sonnenhaus.
Occupancy & Cancellation
The Sonnenchalet can accommodate 2 people and a small child in a baby travel cot.
The Sonnenhaus can accommodate a maximum of 8 people (Sonnenhaus including Sonnenappartement).
Prices include electricity, heating, water, towels, bed linen, bathrobes (upon request), and final cleaning. The tourist tax (local, seasonal rate) will be charged separately on the final bill.
The Sun Chalet and that Sun House have Wi-Fi (charges apply, booking upon request).
Overnight guests are only permitted upon prior arrangement, availability, and payment of tourist tax and fees. Day guests must register.
The Sonnenchalet and the Sonnenhaus are non-smoking houses.
Unfortunately, Bello also has to stay at home.
A 50% deposit is due upon booking within 3 weeks of reservation confirmation. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of arrival.
Please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance if necessary.
